God’s Unblemished, Radiant Stones Building Up His Holy Church

What is the “work” I must do, and you, to help rebuild the Church? What does it mean to “resist the Holy Spirit”? These questions are answered in this reflection through meditation on a passage from Haggai and on the words the Lord has given the Love Crucified Community.

God’s Unblemished, Radiant Stones for the Building Up of His Holy Church

God spoke through the prophet Haggai (Haggai 1:1-8) and demanded that the Israelites consider their ways (1:7)! God guided the people, through His prophet, through a self-evaluation bringing them to consciousness that they had invested a great amount of time and energy providing for themselves an abundance of food, drink, clothing, and many material things, yet they had not been “satisfied,” nor “exhilarated,” nor “warmed” for their wages had been spent on many things as if their wages were being put in a bag with holes. Their hearts remained empty, unfulfilled, and restless.

Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, “Is it a time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, while this house lies in ruins? 5 Now therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider how you have fared. You have sown much, and harvested little; you eat, but you never have enough; you drink, but you never have your fill; you clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; and he who earns wages earns wages to put them into a bag with holes. (1:3-6)

The Lord then tells the people to “go and bring timber and build the house, that he may take pleasure in it and that I may appear in my glory.” (1:8).

I am one very small, insignificant member of the House of the Lord, the Catholic Church. I see myself as a stone of this glorious edifice.

Like living stones, be yourselves built into a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 2:5)

This stone is rough, dirty, and disfigured. Before it is set to become part of God's glorious holy house, it must be chiseled, cut, sanded down, and polished. I envision the stone of my life at the end of this process smooth and shining with the light of God, so clean that it radiates the beauty of God, and so perfectly shaped in all the holy virtues that it has become one with Christ, the Head, the cornerstone of this holy edifice (Is 28:16, Eph 2:20).

I kneel before my Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, and I pray with all my heart for self-knowledge:

My Beloved, my God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, please reveal to me today where the stone of my heart continues to be dirty and rough so that I can give you full permission as the Master Mason to cleanse and polish these dreadful areas of the stone of my heart. May you be glorified someday with the gift of a beautiful stone for the building up of your holy and unblemished Church. Amen

My Lord has taught me through The Simple Path to Union with God that I must “live wrapped in the gift of self-knowledge” (3/4/11, 12/12/11). Therefore, the Word of God in Scripture moves my heart continuously to beg my God to see what I do not see that needs to be chiseled away in me and made pure. God always hears this sincere prayer of my heart, and therefore, continues the work of the Master Mason. And I, His little insignificant stone, am at peace with the joy of anticipating the beauty of the finished stone of my heart for His glory.

Then God tells the prophet Haggai to ask these questions to the leaders and all the people:

Who is left among you that saw this house in its former glory? How do you see it now? Is it not in your sight as nothing? (Haggai 2:3)

Haven't we seen in the past decades the House of the Lord, the Church, brought down; in a sense, its destruction? Haven't we witnessed how Satan has attacked her by luring her members into all kinds of sin and apostasy?

God permitted, throughout the Old Testament, for His House, at times, due to the sin of her members, especially the sin of her leaders, to be destroyed by pagan forces. He had to bring His people down, to shake them up, in order to draw their hearts back to God with new hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26). Then began the rebuilding of the House of the Lord, as we read from Haggai. The Lord spoke to them as He speaks to us and said, Take courage, work, for I am with you (Haggai 2:4).

What is this “work” I must do, and you, to help rebuild the Church?

We must give God much of our time and energy through daily perseverance in prayer, and not offer the Holy Spirit any resistance (Acts 7:51) to the interior work of the transformation of our hearts and minds (Romans 12:2, Ephesians 4:22-24). This interior work revealed to us through the Simple Path is the only means by which we can become God's beautiful, holy, and unblemished living stones of His glorified Church, His Bride. The Lord continues purifying His Church through the few victims of love that allow Him to make them pure and holy as His unblemished Bride.

I am preparing My pure, holy vessels by cleansing them with My precious Blood. These living chalices will be filled with My precious Blood as I unite them to the Word of the Cross, and they suffer with Me. My Blood will be poured upon My Church to cleanse Her through them. You have been given the particular mission of cleansing My priesthood. “Woe to you, O Jerusalem. How long will it be before you are made clean?” 10/07/10

Do not grow weary in your hidden life of suffering all with Me, for you are My holy remnant that God the Father will use to purify My Church and pierce the darkness penetrating Her. 4/1/11

The great and terrible persecution is upon you. Jerusalem will fall. My Church will also collapse during the time of the great tribulation, and many will think she is dead, but she will rise in glory through the power of My Cross. My martyrs of love will purify her as ONE with My precious Blood. 2/24/13

God is raising the few who will possess His power to defeat Satan and help cleanse My Church. These few are His victim souls, past, present, and future, who have persevered through the long and strenuous path of purification and, as one with Mary, have become one in My sacrifice of love. 10/4/23

God is granting these end times the fulfillment of the graces of My death and resurrection to humanity to produce for His glory the great saints of the end times, clothed in the splendor of My Mother's purity and humility. These pure holy souls, past, present, and future, at the designated time, known only by the Father, will cast into hell Satan and all his evil spirits to obtain for the world and era of peace never before known to humanity. It will be an era when My Divine Love triumphs as one heart with My Mother and the Holy Spirit triumphs as He unites mankind to know Love, and adore Me in My Eucharistic life. This, My little one, is the new and divine holiness.12/5/25

And God promises us today, as He promised the Israelites, through the prophet Haggai, that the latter splendour of this house shall be greater than the former (2:9).

My little one, My passion has begun again for My Body, the Church. It is a time of intense silence and suffering. My Body, too, will be stripped of all her earthly glory. She, too, will be made naked before the world. Her members living the passion as one with Me, her Head, will obtain My Body's sanctification. Her glory will shine like the radiance of the sun through the purity of its few victims of love, and these few, united as one in My sacrifice of love, will usher in the new dawn for My Church and world. 12/27/20

How then do we resist the Holy Spirit?

I have learned that the greatest resistance to the Holy Spirit is busying ourselves with many things, even good things and projects, and not allowing the Spirit to take us into our hearts to change, crucify us, chisel, and polish every particle of self-love and pride that is in our hearts. Everything that is a distortion of God's image.

Every disorder in your humanity is a distortion of God's glory. Therefore, the Spirit comes as fire from My pierced Heart to burn away all falsehood in each soul so that through this living pulsating fire, each soul can be renewed through Me, with Me, and in Me in God's image and likeness, and thus bring glory to God on earth and for all eternity in heaven.

My Simple Path brings each soul to encounter their misery so that they can encounter God's glory. God's glory is who He is–– Love–– perfect, pure Love. As you put on Jesus Christ (Rom 13:14), you take off all falsehood. Thus you become God's witnesses, His saints for these end times. 12/11/22

This work of transforming the heart is resisted more by men than by women. This is because of original sin. God first tells Eve:

“I will greatly multiply your pain in childbearing;

    in pain you shall bring forth children,

yet your desire shall be for your husband,

    and he shall rule over you.” (Genesis 3:16)

Then He said to Adam:

“Because you have listened to the voice of your wife,

    and have eaten of the tree

of which I commanded you,

    ‘You shall not eat of it,’

cursed is the ground because of you;

    in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life;

18 thorns and thistles it shall bring forth to you;

    and you shall eat the plants of the field.

19 In the sweat of your face

    you shall eat bread

till you return to the ground,

    for out of it you were taken;

you are dust,

    and to dust you shall return.” (3:17-19)

The distortion of manhood and womanhood enters God's creation because of sin. The woman's pain in childbirth is multiplied, and her desire is for her husband. Therefore, we understand that, through suffering, the woman's heart is more receptive and open, and more inclined to the interior work of self-discovery and healing.

God then tells Adam that he is dust and to dust he shall return. He tells Eve that her husband will rule over her.  The man's heart becomes controlling, more prideful, authoritarian, obstinate, and stubborn. This condition keeps men from the humility and docility to allow themselves to be led into the heart and receive self-knowledge.

Therefore, God must bring the man down to the dust, like a St. Paul experience, to pry open the hardness of his heart. Over the years of providing spiritual accompaniment, I have witnessed this condition. It wasn't until God gave my husband, Peter, a St. Paul shake-up that he experienced a profound conversion.  In December of 2024, the doctor found a tumor on his spine. In January, he underwent surgery to have the tumor removed. They had not prepared us for what Peter would have to live following the surgery. The following day after surgery, when he woke up in his hospital room, he tried to stand with my help to walk to the bathroom, and collapsed on the floor. The nerve damage from the surgery left Peter unable to walk, and then began the long, painful, and strenuous process of physical therapy to learn how to walk again. This experience of not having control and being dependent on me, his wife, and others to accomplish his basic needs became the fertile ground for his conversion, and God granted him a powerful St. Paul experience in which he received God's gift of the illumination, as he laid on the hospital bed and he cried tears of repentance for a long time as I embraced him. A few months later, I wrote about the fruit of his deeper conversion that came after 46 years of marriage:

I give thanks to my God, who truly listens to my pleas, for the transformation of my husband, Peter. Yesterday, Peter said, “Honey, I do not have words to describe what I feel has happened within me. It's as if I have been rewired.” His thinking, thoughts, desires, how he sees himself and others, and life have all changed. He now sits and speaks with me from his heart. His daily prayer time has borne fruit in wisdom. He lives in the peace of God. He is abandoned in God's will. He is so peaceful and full of love. He is always tender, so gentle, and so loving. He is counseling many people, but in simple, ordinary, daily moments. He is moved by the Spirit. There is no falsehood in him. On the contrary, he is authentic, genuine, and simple. He has no need to make himself known or excel. He is living abandoned and in the sacrament of the moment. I have witnessed the glory of God before my eyes, and now I am married to a new man, a new Adam in a closer configuration to the image and likeness of God. What peace and joy I feel with him, and I live now in a constant state of gratitude to God, for He is truly making all things new!

I share this experience with you, the beloved sons of God, so that you can understand the condition of your human hearts due to original sin, and pray through the power of Jesus’s passion, death, and resurrection, and all the sacraments of the Church, for the grace to open your hearts to allow the work of transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit and Mother Mary's intercession united to the holy women in your lives. And women, I share this experience with you, too, so that you do not tire of desiring the conversion of the men and boys in your lives without insisting, and you choose daily to suffer united to our Mother of Sorrows as one with Love crucified, waiting with perfect faith and hope for God's miracle, which will come!

“Believe, My daughters and sons, believe,” for God, as one with His victims of pure love, is making all things new! May we each become, men and women, the new Adams and new Eves, holy, unblemished, radiant stones with which God can build up His Church!

My little ones, you must believe that I am making all things new. You are My little ones – insignificant, yet you are becoming My radiance of pure love in the world. The darkness of evil will not prevail over the love of God. My crucified love will pierce this darkness, and you are becoming one with My crucified love if you remain faithful to live the Path I am guiding you in. This Path is the transformation of the new men and women of the Kingdom of God. Remain steadfast in living all that I tell you, and you each will become My saints of these end times, fighting this decisive battle and conquering with Me. Do not be afraid, but believe in all that I have revealed to you. Go in peace and know that I am with you. Persevere in love. 11/5/20

I am making all things new through the Blood of the Lamb. Remain in My peace, for the hour is approaching in which the lamentations will be as a thunderbolt. But you, My little one, and the few who have listened to My voice, preparing and guiding you, will be in My peace. Do not be afraid of what must take place, but rejoice always because I am making all things new. From this great devastation will come new life: the new springtime for Christianity, a new humanity clothed in purity, a new earth alive in praise of God. Prepare yourself and My few followers of these end times in silence and continuous prayer, gazing at the God who loves you and is with you to guide and strengthen you. Remain gazing at Me, and I will be your guide during this perilous time that must come. 8/27/24

My little one, we are making all things new through the outpouring of My Blood as one with My victim souls. I am one with you as you have become one with Me through your willingness to participate in My agony of love. This participation in My agony of love is the outpouring of My Blood upon the earth, and it is this outpouring of Blood that will usher into the world the new era of peace, which is the reign of the Holy Spirit as one with My Mother. This new springtime for the Church and world is God's faithfulness to His people through My perfect obedience unto the Cross. 1/31/25
